Create a clear brief.
Add the client, location and description, then define open roles, date ranges, hours and staffing numbers. Dates can be separate periods. Pay information is optional. Check the code generated from the casting name before sharing it.
Review applications in context.
Open a complete applicant dossier with photos, CV, videos and personal details. Use custom statuses, colours and filters. Request additional photos or introduction videos, including a video in a language the applicant speaks.
Work together with clear permissions.
Invite collaborators in Settings and choose their permissions and casting scope. Managing applications, editing events and managing contracts are separate permissions. Staff-planning permission covers all events. Collaborators do not manage the agency’s subscription.
Turn selection into a working plan.
Define the positions to cover and assign people to roles, locations and shifts. You can plan provisional assignments and add staff who did not apply through the casting call. Breaks remain part of the same shift.
Keep documents and equipment organised.
Prepare individual contracts from templates and retain the signed versions. With the relevant modules enabled, organise inventory, outfits, garment sizes and returns. Features depend on the agency’s plan and permissions.
Your agency’s private workspace.
Agency-uploaded materials and internal notes remain within the agency’s authorised workspace. Your agency is responsible for its selection process, privacy notice and retention decisions. CastVent does not select applicants automatically.
