Plan in-person meetings or online interviews without separating appointments, notes and applicant materials.
A calendar your agency can work from.
Choose the applicant, casting call, date, time, duration and meeting type. Add an address for in-person meetings. Editing an appointment sends an update with a new link; cancelled appointments can be removed.
A clear route into the room.
Both participants choose Open room and review the information before joining. The applicant waits until admitted by the agency. Participants can join from a computer or phone and control their camera and microphone.
Notes saved where you need them.
Take notes during the conversation. They are automatically saved as interview notes in the application and remain private to the agency. Check the saving indicator before leaving the page.
Recording is a separate choice.
The applicant can join without recording. When authorised and both participants are connected, the recording includes the applicant’s video and both voices, but not the interviewer’s video. Recording can be stopped during the call.
A recording with a purpose and a retention period.
The file is stored with the application and uses the agency’s storage allowance. The agency must justify its retention period. A setting without automatic expiry does not mean recordings should be kept indefinitely.
End the conversation clearly.
When the agency ends the interview, the room closes for the applicant too and displays a thank-you message. The interview module must be enabled for the agency; availability also depends on the plan.
