Unlimited casting calls and applications by number, within the storage included in your plan. Monthly or prepaid annual billing.
Start — €19/month or €190/year, plus VAT.
5 GB and 1 user. Casting calls and applications, profiles, photos, videos and CVs, statuses, filters, material requests and application downloads/exports. At the current Italian VAT rate of 22%: €23.18/month or €231.80/year including VAT.
Agenzia — €39/month or €390/year, plus VAT.
20 GB and 3 users. Everything in Start, plus contracts and individual compensation, staff planning, shifts and assignments, in-person interview scheduling, collaborators and permissions. Including Italian VAT at 22%: €47.58/month or €475.80/year.
Pro — €79/month or €790/year, plus VAT.
100 GB and 10 users. Everything in Agenzia, plus online interviews and authorised recordings, inventory, outfits and wardrobe. One online room per agency. Including Italian VAT at 22%: €96.38/month or €963.80/year.
30 days to try the workflow.
New agencies get 5 GB, up to 10 users including the owner and the trial features. The trial starts after email verification. No card is required and no automatic payment is taken.
Additional storage.
Choose one storage add-on: 100 GB for €2.99/month or €29.90/year; 500 GB for €9.99/month or €99.90/year; 1 TB for €17.99/month or €179.90/year. Prices exclude VAT. The selected allowance is added to the plan’s included storage.
Additional users.
Agenzia and Pro can add between 0 and 5 users at €4.99/month or €49.90/year per user, excluding VAT. Applicants are free and do not use agency user seats. The owner, active collaborators and pending invitations count towards the limit.
Payment and activation.
In Settings → Subscription and storage, choose a plan, term and any extras. Review the total including VAT and follow the bank transfer instructions. Activation follows confirmation of receipt. Renewals use the same area; there is currently no card auto-renewal.
Changes during your subscription.
Upgrades and extra capacity are charged proportionately for the remaining days and keep the existing expiry date. Downgrades and reductions take effect at renewal. If usage exceeds the new limits, the change stays pending: files are not automatically deleted to fit a smaller plan.
What storage includes.
Photos, CVs, videos, interview recordings and agency uploads linked to the agency’s applications use storage. The same profile file is counted once per agency. Removed files still count until technically deleted. One GB is one billion bytes.
When a plan expires.
Consultation remains available, while new operations are suspended. Subscription expiry does not automatically delete materials. Renewing the same active plan extends from its expiry, preserving days already paid for. Contact support@castvent.it for custom arrangements.
