Create a casting call with roles, dates, working hours and the number of people you need. Publish it in the catalogue or share its link and code privately. Public visibility and accepting applications are separate settings.
Get to know the person behind the application.
Review photos, CVs, introduction videos, languages and previous applications with your agency. Switch between cards and a table, choose the columns you need and filter applications using relevant criteria.
Bring interviews into the process.
Schedule online or in-person interviews, send invitations and keep notes with the application. Online interviews include a waiting room and camera and microphone controls. Recording is a separate choice for the applicant.
Prepare the paperwork and the team.
Use your agency’s A4 contract templates, check the applicant’s details and assigned shifts, then send the PDF. Keep sent contracts and signed versions together. Plan roles and locations before confirming the assignments.
