1. Controller and contact

2. Data processed
Browsing may involve the IP address, request date and time, requested page, response status and technical browser information needed for hosting operation and security. The website is hosted by Aruba. Browser storage remembers technical and optional statistics preferences, including the selected display language. The site has no contact form and does not embed third-party videos, maps, fonts or social content. It does not collect CVs, photos or application details. If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Use the portal and casting page for applications rather than emailing personal documents.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Providing and protecting the website relies on the controller’s legitimate interest in service availability and abuse prevention (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Replies to enquiries rely on requested pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interest in answering non-contractual enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Remembering requested preferences is a technical function without advertising purposes. Optional Google Analytics 4 statistics are based on consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You may refuse or withdraw in Cookie preferences without restricting access to the site.
Optional analytics
After consent, GA4 processes pseudonymous browser identifiers, visited pages, device and session information and visit source. We do not send names, email addresses, application data, URL query strings or fragments. Google Signals, advertising personalisation and User-ID are not used. The site does not perform advertising profiling or automated decisions affecting people. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
4. Recipients and transfers
Authorised REC Eventi personnel and providers needed for hosting, email and technical support may process data under their respective contractual roles, as may authorities where required by law. Visitor data is not published or sold. Aruba hosting is in Italy. Optional analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may process data through companies and providers outside the EEA under applicable safeguards described in its data-processing terms and transfer information. External links open services with their own notices only when you choose to follow them.
5. Retention
The technical preference is stored for six months unless you clear it or purposes materially change. The chosen language is a browser preference you may change or clear. Transit data serves page delivery; infrastructure security logs are managed by the hosting provider under its service conditions and limited to technical, security and applicable legal needs. Analytics user- and event-level retention is set to two months without reset on new activity; aggregate statistical reports may remain longer. Analytics cookies last at most 180 days and are removed from this browser when consent is withdrawn.
Enquiries
Voluntary communications are kept for the time needed to handle and document the enquiry. If it leads to a contract, relevant data follows the retention periods for that relationship and legal obligations. Any further retention is limited to protecting rights.
6. Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Write to info@castvent.it; we respond within GDPR deadlines and may request proportionate information to verify identity. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
