Publish the casting
Studio Esempio sets the location, day and role. Share the link through your usual social posts, groups or emails. The casting can stay outside the public catalogue.

One casting, from announcement to shift.
Follow Open Studio: five people needed for a day of guest reception. All people, events and data are fictional. These screenshots use the current application interface in an isolated environment. This is a demonstration, not a customer case or a live submission test.

Receive an application
Sofia Esempio fills in her details and materials. Saving does not submit an application: she must explicitly send it. Applicants can also use guest access via email.

Review the people
The agency compares profiles, filters applications and uses selection statuses. Photos, CVs and videos stay with the application. People make the selection, not an algorithm.

Confirm your selection
Sofia is now confirmed. The agency reviews the confirmation message before sending it; its associated status changes after successful sending. No email is sent in this demonstration.

Assign the work
Sofia works at the entrance from 09:00 to 19:00, with a 12:00–13:00 break. Giulia and Marco are provisional. Two places remain: a break does not remove Sofia from the coverage count. Shift planning requires the Agenzia plan or above.
Start with a single casting.
Keep promoting it on Facebook, Instagram, groups, email or WhatsApp. Change where applications arrive: add your CastVent link to the announcement.
- Create your agency and verify your email. Your 30-day trial starts then.
- Prepare one casting, public or link-only, with roles, dates and application details.
- Share the link through your usual channels and review your first applications. No archive migration is required.
Already know the people?
Send them the casting link. Applicants with a CastVent profile can reuse their existing details and materials. Agencies can upload private materials to an application. You can also add external people to the staff plan; this does not create an application or an account. We do not promise automatic imports from spreadsheets, email or other systems.
