Begin with your workflow
A small agency collecting applications may need different tools from a team coordinating contracts, shifts and clothing. Start covers casting and application management. Agenzia adds contracts, individual compensation, staff planning and collaboration. Pro adds online interviews and recording, inventory and wardrobe. Compare the current plan details before choosing.
Applications and staff accounts are different
Applicants can create free profiles and do not use the agency’s user seats. The owner, active collaborators and pending invitations do count. Give each collaborator their own account and the permissions they need, rather than sharing a password.
Size storage around your materials
Photos, CVs, videos and interview recordings use storage. Casting calls and applications are unlimited by number within the plan’s storage allowance. Start includes 5 GB, Agenzia 20 GB and Pro 100 GB. Additional storage is selected as one package: 100 GB, 500 GB or 1 TB.
Add capacity when you need it
Storage extras start at €2.99/month excluding VAT for 100 GB. Agenzia and Pro can add up to five users at €4.99/month each excluding VAT. Extras follow the subscription term and expiry. An increase during an active term is calculated proportionately for the remaining days.
Understand changes and renewals
An upgrade keeps your expiry date and charges the difference for the remaining period. Downgrades and reductions apply at renewal. If usage exceeds the proposed allowance, the change remains pending; the system does not delete materials to make them fit.
Try before committing
The 30-day trial starts after email verification. No card is required and no automatic charge follows. Paid plans are currently activated after receipt of a bank transfer. Review prices, included features and the total with Italian VAT in Subscription and storage.
