Read the article ↗An outfit is only ready when the right items, in the right sizes, are assigned and available. Keep stock and event allocations connected.
Add garments and accessories with a description, model, cost, photos and quantities by size. Separate items clearly so similarly coloured or styled garments are not confused. The inventory can cover both men’s and women’s clothing and reusable accessories.
An outfit may include several upper-body items, such as a shirt and jacket, a pair of trousers or a skirt, shoes and multiple accessories. Organising the pieces by category makes it easier to see whether anything is missing.
Select the garment and its size separately. Use the person’s declared size as the starting point, review the nearest available suggestion and adjust it before confirming. A suggested size is an aid, not a guarantee of fit: allow for brand differences and actual fittings.
You can plan an allocation beyond the quantity currently in stock. The system flags missing quantities so you can organise purchasing or an alternative. The people-by-garment matrix shows who is receiving each item and size, along with totals. A planned shortage does not become available stock.
Record when garments are delivered and returned. If an item does not fit, update the exchange rather than leaving the original assignment as if nothing changed. Keep the history clear so the team knows what the person currently has and what has already come back.
Usage counts help you understand garment rotation over time. Combine that history with the actual condition of each item when deciding whether to reuse, repair or replace it. Wardrobe and inventory availability depend on the agency’s enabled modules and plan.
